Glen Eden Athletic & Harrier Club: notice of Special General Meeting

Meeting time: 7 p.m.

Date: Monday 24 November 2025

Venue: the Clubrooms, Ceramco Park

To comply with the new Incorporated Societies Act, GEAHC was required to update its Constitution.

A Special General Meeting will be held on 24 November to ratify the new Club Constitution.  

All are welcome to attend the meeting, however eligible voters are defined, in the rules of the current Constitution, as:

• GEAHC members currently registered with Athletics NZ, aged 16 years and over.
• Life members
• Executive Committee members
